What are some other purely selfless and good/mature Barnabas moments?

SPOILER

The best Barnabas moment for me was when Harry found him on the ground in the woods, after he'd been bitten by Angelique the vampire. When Harry took him back to Collinwood, and Barnabas was bombarded with Mrs. Johnson's questions, he handled the situation well.

is it time to go

cable?
broadband?
smoke signal? ;)

I haven't been all that thrilled with AOL, so I am switching to Cox Communications high speed internet service, they're my digital cable provider. It also will eliminate the need for my second phone line. Billing will be easier too, since it will just be added on to my monthly bill from Cox. There's not much difference in price. Cox is coming over on Friday to take care of everything. I can't wait!  :)

It's been a nice hot weekend, for the last 3 days, it's been 110 in Las Vegas. No chance of losing my suntan any time soon. I like the bronzed look. I had a birthday party for my 6 year old yesterday. Last night me, my daughter, her father, his grandson, and my Mom went to the Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas. We watched the laser lights show with the music. It's great! I would never go down there on New Year's Eve though, too crowded! I stick to Las Vegas Boulevard, at least you can move. My Mom thought she was going to have to go back home today, but my dad said she can stay until Wednesday. At my daughter's school, they are having a little graduation ceremony on stage for the Kindergarten classes. August 14 is the last day of school. She starts 1st grade on August 26. We have 12 month school here. I hope everyone else is having a nice weekend!  :)

By the time I was in high school in the early 70's, mascara was still popular, but no one wore fake eyelashes or black eyeliner anymore.

The worst makeup I ever saw in my life was in the 70's. Just look at my school yearbooks!  ::)

In my minds eye I see Julia Hoffman as a like Vampire to Barnabas... I believe she would be equal to if not an exact match to her beloved... 8)

I agree, Dr. Julia Hoffman gets my vote too!  8)

I voted for file attachments, I think that's a good idea.  :)

Happy Birthday Midnite! I hope you are having fun. My daughter's birthday was on the 7th, but we had a big birthday party for her today at Chuck E. Cheese's, pizza parlor. It was fun for everyone. Now, my daughter and her dad's youngest grandson are here at my house having fun. It's nice to have 2 kids, they play with each other, and don't bother you! Tonight, we are going to the Fremont Street Experience here in Las Vegas. I hope your birthday's a good one, Midnite!  :)

This was interesting. I used my whole name, and came up with over 50 anagrams with Craig in them. I like that! Who would've thought that my name spells out, A CRAIG HERS YENTL LYNN? A Craig Hers hits the nail on the head, but forget yentl Lynn. Where did she come from?!  ?!?

I would choose Barnabas, Angelique, Ben, Noah, Nathan, Daniel, Vicki, and Rev. Trask from the 1795 Flashback.

Mrs. Johnson often managed to catch Harry at the most inopportune moments, just before something vital was about to happen.

only for a brief moment or two, we get to see that the stairway just ends, with no access to the second floor.

I wonder if that was the scene I read about somewhere, a blooper, the staircase was missing.  ?!?

after risking Carolyn's life once, Adam was much more willing to let Nicholas choose the life force.

And better her than Maggie, as far as Nicholas was concerned, since he has the hots for her.  ;)

Harry Johnson agrees to tell Nicholas Blair that Barnabas Collins is planning to kill Eve, in exchange for five thousand dollars.

Grayson Hall did a great job on Dark Shadows. I like the scenes with Julia and Barnabas. I have an autographed 8x10 of Grayson Hall. I hope she is at peace, and having a good time in the hereafter. David Ford also passed away on August 7th, so did Isabella Hoopes, in different years though. I saw it in the Dark Shadows Almanac 30th Anniversary Tribute.
