I agree with everything said here.  My heart goes out to the mental challenge fan.  Sometimes events like this, crowds are just too much for them to handle.  My best friends cousin is mentally retarded and at holidays and family parties he can only take a little before it overwhelms him.  His behavior than deteriorates they make sure he is able to participate but than make sure he goes home before it becomes too much for him.  I truly have to blame the supervision.  After meeting KLS last year I know she handled it with grace and class.

I was watching last night with my daughter.  I have to say the Adam story line is not one of my favorites.  I am impressed with the acting by Robert Rodan.  He did a great job with the man/child.  He is also a very good looking guy.  My daugher kept asking why they didn't use him in other story lines.   I also agree that Caroline and Adam make a cute couple.  She turns him down than goes for Jeb.  Makes you wonder doesn't it?

Hey, they could have bought David a TV and kept him out of their hair.  A tool often used by modern parents. I will deny it if any ones says I have used that trick.  They never thought of camp either...

Birdie--tonight I will toast the group in LA have a festing time

Great points once again.  I thought the same thing about burying Barnabas.  Maybe that is why they wanted out of town fast. hehe.  What about Joe staying in the hospital for a couple of weeks for a concussion.  I have had one before.  In fact a bad one and they only kept me in the hospital for a day or two and that was in 1963 when I was 5.

Enjoy!

I really like Maverick too.  Funny, I had a thing for Jack Kelly also.  I didn't know he had passed away.  James Garner isn't too hard to take either.  I have caught it on TV land on occasion.

Birdie--lets hear it for the tall dark strangers.....

Days of Our Lives had a possession story line a few years back with one of the main characters being taken over by the devil.

You guys sound like you are going to have way too much fun.  I think next weekend I will have to go out drinking and pretend that I am at the fest.

Have a blast.

Joel Crothers was one handsome guy.  I did like the charm of his Nathan.  As Joe he is one of the only really normal characters.  I have to say I could have gone for either of them.  I dated a couple of "bad boys" but also went for the down to earth good guys.  Luckily I picked the right one.

The Nathan is every parents nightmare when thinking of their daughters.  Joe is a parents dream of a future companion to their child. I think it says a lot for the man as an actor to be able to make two different characters so believable.  I also think it was smart of writers to  enable him to do that.  Two often they used the same actors to play similar characters.

It truly is sad that his time here was so short.

Just my two cents worth.  He gives in very easy.  This is the second time he has offered himself to her.  Have to go with the subconscious thing and think he really wants to be with her.  The chemistry and the passion between them is so apparent.

Welcome back Ringo,
What an adventure!  Green with envy.  When my Dad turned 75 we through a surprise party for him..  So glad we did it.  It is a wonderful memory, one we treasure.  He has been gone now for a number of years but you never lose the happy memories.
