September 12th marks the 25th anniversary of the death of Dark Shadows actor Craig Slocum (Noah Gifford / Harry Johnson). For those who would like to, you may sign his online memorial at:

After reading all of this, I have decided I will say goodbye. Life is too short for this nonsense that went on here. I have plenty of other things to do. I will continue to keep Craig Slocum's memory alive through the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I will provide what I can for the Dark Shadows Festival, but I myself will not be there. I feel it's time to move on. I take pleasure in my family, friends, being involved in my daughter's school, church, and community, which brings me happiness. If anyone cares to write, please e-mail me at the address found in my profile. I will not be here to read any IM's or posts. My mind cannot be changed.

I thought it was funny too. I have all of the Halloween movies. I recorded that special behind-the-scenes thing too. That was pretty good.

When I used to hang out in the Hollywood Hills in the early 80's, I saw him walking around Lake Hollywood with his wife. I found out something interesting about him on AMC, when they were showing "Halloween, Behind the Story" about the making of the "Halloween" movies. A mask of his face was used to make the mask that the character, Michael Myers wore.

Not thrilled with having to get there on Friday, my kid's birthday is the day before. Maybe I will sleep on the flight from Las Vegas so I can get some rest before the Festival. I will dream of Craig Slocum.

My computer would not return to Windows, never happened before. When I clicked on the link, all I saw were some Jack-O-Lanterns before it froze and I had to do an improper shutdown. Anyway, Happy Halloween! I am going to my daughter's school, they are having a Harvest Party at 1:30 with costumes, treats, and games. I am going to help out. Tonight am taking my daughter trick-or-treating, my Mom is coming with us. She is here for a few days.
