Among the episodes featured for the 9/25 screen captures is episode 849.

MagnusTrask, I'm sure most of us have no idea which episodes are which by number, and even those posting by number have probably looked it up somewhere!

Notice the quote above with which Gothick started this thread.  It refers to the series of pictures on the home page and each episode is identified by number there.  If it's the same day, you can check those pictures to see which one it is and also use the link to Robservations to get the fulll summary.

Of course, if you come by a few days later, it would be a bit harder, but I suppose you could use the episode number to locate the appropriate Robservation.

I've been curious about the list of cousins each day.  I usually come by in the early hours of the morning, yet there is a big list of those who have been on the site that day.  I finally decided that it must be using GMT to start the day and not "our" time.

Today I came by before and after that to check.  With daylight savings time, England is currently an hour off from GMT.  So, it was interesting to notice that the change took place at 7:00 p.m. EDT, which was midnight in England, but with still an hour to go in the previous day for GMT.  I would have thought it would use GMT rather than the actual Greenwich time.

Now that you've mentioned Nora, a moment I particularly liked, and I think my favorite Denise Nickerson moment, was when Edward was trying to get Lady Kitty to play with Nora and hoping for them to get along.  Nora had a lot of sharp comments to her.  It was a great scene.

There were lots of intriguing possibilities with the Kitty story.
Aside from what we learned about her in her letters home, which were obviously quite different from what she was pretending to Edward, so that story had lots of potential, there was also the fact that both Edward and Kitty thought the other had a lot of money and that's why they were so interested in each other.  How that would have played out would have been lots of fun.
Some of the Josette reincarnation part wasn't too bad.  It could have been incorporated into her main story, but once they abandoned that and just turned her into Josette, it was very disappointing.

That said, all that material is vaulted at Warners and it'll be a cold day in hell before you'll see that material released or shown at a fest.

I would think they would realize what a pre-existing audience they have for it.  Since they spent all lthe money to make it, with it coming to  nothing, it would seem reasonable for them to capitalize on it and issue the DVD.  Perhaps someone should start a campaign to let them know how interested we are in seeing it.

Edit - perhap I should clarify that I'm talking about a DVD of the main show, although, I assume if they did that some of these other materials would be included.

I think it's the MS beginning of the name that makes one think female.  But, from time to time I do notice the symbol and remind myself that this is a male writing!  :)  Although, actually, unless someone has actually met another cousin, as at the Fests, one could indicate anything here and no one would know if it were true.

I'm aware of only one cannery in Collinsport, the Collins's.  If they had competition, I never heard about it.

It might have been the only one in Collinsport, but apparently there were others in very nearby towns.  When Burke first came back and was trying to ruin the Collins, he bought up the rival canneries and was trying to convince the Collins' workers to switch to him.
