I was under the impression it was an expense issue.  Presumably modern taping capablities are easier and cheaper than the old ones, so they can do things over.

While it's fun to joke about the "I don't understand" aspect to Vicki, I normally don't mind it too much.  When one considers all the strange things that happen, it seems pretty normal for someone to "not understand"!!

The only time I felt she was acting stupid and really got annoyed by it was in 1795. After the first couple of resemblances and after finally realizing she was actually in 1795, she could have at least kept her mouth shut every time a new person looked like someone she knew!  And, especially as a teacher, she should have known enough of history to have some idea of how to act, and what these people would know and believe, and be able to try to fit in better.

I was looking at my profile and I noticed that it indicates some karma from the jack-o-lanterns and lists a number that were caught.  This time around I've deliberately not gone after any.  A couple of times as I was clicking a link one came by and I thought I might "accidentally" click it!  But, as no message came up, I assume I didn't.  Why would it say I've caught some and give positive and negative karma from them when I never did it?

While I'm sure the character is meant to be younger than Jonathan Frid's actual age, it doesn't have to be as young as just a few years older than Josette.  Back then a more established, somewhat "older" man would often marry a very young woman, teenage in fact.

I never thought the "same age" necessarily meant literally the same age, but I assumed it was that they were close in age rather than of different generations like most uncle-nephew pairs would be.  Just how big a gap that could be, I'm not sure, but I always figured it was a couple or few years at the most.

Thank you for the restoration.  Even with the paraphrase, it at least provides a context for what you were commenting on.

Yes. Currently Eps #75 through #261and #335 through #379 have yet to be added back to the Robservations board.

It figures - you made a comment on today's episode 337 and I wanted to check the dialogue.  Naturallly, that's one of the unavailable ones!! [hall2_rolleyes]
