FYI, this episode is offered as an illegal download, from which neither the actors or Big Finish receive any revenue.  Sites such as this actively undermine Big Finish's ongoing investment in Dark Shadows and potentially jeopardise the production of future audio dramas.  We respectfully ask that fans avoid this and similar download sites and support the official releases.

Big Finish's new two-part audio book of Angelique's Descent has now been released. All pre-orders have been dispatched.

The new release will be available to buy for the first time at next weekend's Dark Shadows Festival convention, which Angelique's Descent actress and author Lara Parker will be attending. Our entire Dark Shadows range will be on sale, and there will be a Big Finish panel on-stage on Saturday afternoon, discussing the upcoming second series and the first year's releases.

Big Finish have recorded an audio book of Angelique's Descent, featuring Lara Parker reading her classic Dark Shadows novel for CD.

The abridged adaptation features atmospheric music and sound effects, plus special dramatised scenes featuring Angelique and the Dark Spirit, played by Andrew Collins.

The novel is released as two double-disc releases, retailing at $15.00 each. Each set also includes a bonus interview with Lara.

The Legend Reborn, our special behind the scenes CD documentary is now available, and all pre-orders have been dispatched. We apologize for the delay in release, which was due to factors beyond our control.

The release features our a dozen interviews with the cast and crew of the audio dramas, including David Selby, Lara Parker, Kathryn Leigh Scott, John Karlen and Robert Rodan. Also included is a special bonus disc of Joseph Fox's haunting scores from the first series.

Big Finish are currently working on the second series of Dark Shadows audio dramas, which will record later this year. Keep visiting our website for more information.

Just a quick update for today's signing...

John Karlen (Willie Loomis) will now also be appearing, along with Ursula Burton, who plays the recurring role of Susan Griffin in the CDs.  TV viewers may have seen her in "The Office" this season, in which she's made several appearances.

Burbank, CA's Dark Delicacies Bookstore is holding a signing for the Big Finish Dark Shadows audio dramas on February 25.

Kathryn Leigh Scott (Maggie) and Lara Parker (Angelique) will be appearing with writer Scott Alan Woodard to sign the first four CDs - The House of Despair, The Book of Temptation, The Christmas Presence and The Rage Beneath.  The signing begins at 2.00pm.

The last two CDs in the current series of Dark Shadows, The Christmas Presence and The Rage Beneath are now available. All pre-orders have been dispatched.

Big Finish are pleased to announce that Dark Shadows will return for a second season of audio dramas later in 2007. There will also be a CD documentary release in March titled Dark Shadows: The Legend Reborn.

The Legend Reborn is an in-depth behind the scenes documentary, presented by Kathryn Leigh Scott, featuring interviews with the cast and creative team behind the new audio dramas.   The release will also include a free bonus CD album of Joseph Fox's incidental music score from the series, including previous unheard material.

CDs 3 and 4 have fallen foul of some unexpected production delays, outside of our control, which Big Finish are working to resolve. We're currently finalising a new release date for the CDs, and as soon as that is available, we will update the websites with news and post information here too.

We appreciate the patience of fans and apologise for this set-back, and hope that fans will enjoy the finished stories.  We value the support and enthusiasm of our audience and rest assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve this problem.
