The whole Adam storyline is my least favorite as well, but I'm being a wicked boy and having fun with it. I just can't help thinking (as we did a few posts back) about how it relates to Mel Brooks' little classic film. When Adam broke into Sam's house, poor blind Sam stumbling all over the place, all I could think of was:
Sam: "What's your name?"
Adam: "Mmmmm!"
Sam: "I didn't quite get that."

Heh heh, thanks for the requests; it's all much appreciated. Since I don't have anything ready as far as the synopsis goes at this point, I'll just post a note here when I do, and then perhaps put it on the Web space as well. I can't promise anything very soon, so y'all just gonna have be patient and don't hold yer breath too long. That can lead to unpleasant side effects.

Luciaphil, I'm so glad you managed to find "The Collected Ghost Stories".....and that you enjoyed "The Room in the Tower".
Personally, I found "The Thing in the Hall" the creepiest of the bunch. Hmmmmm, I just might go re-read it now....

My wife does a Julia impersonation and I think she's quite good at it. Growing up, she and her brother acted out parts from the show and she tells me they used to stick macaroni in their teeth to act as fangs. I also play out scenes in my head (I do this with tv, film and also books I read when I want a scene or passage to go the way I want it to - I always have Julia taking up with Tom Jennings and telling Barnabas to push off)
but u will have to squnt to see it cause sci-fi squashes the credits in half to make room for those all important promos.
