O.K, now after all the advise on where I could put the lady from the book store.  My backyard has very sandy soil how is that for burying people?  Have to think about that.  I thougt it might be fun to try to remember all the people who are buried in the woods of Collinwood.  Let's put our "minds" together and come up with some names.

Quentin's son

You guys take it from here.  Can you imagine what would happen if they decided to develope the woods, for lovely sea side homes.

Glad to see you posting again Bob.  You have been missed.

Gerard, don't feel bad it is Sat. morning and I just realised yesterday was Friday the 13th.  My son had one of those Friday the 13th movies on before he went to work.  Still didn't dawn on me.   i was just upset he had changed for Clear and Present Danger that was airing on a different channel.  Don't get Harrison's new woman, but still he is eye candy to me.

Rainey, don't you remember what our Mom's always told us "you can't run away from your problems they just follow you there".  What I don't get is what made him think in another time band he would be cured.  I just don't get that.  Than again the Barnster, has his own point of reality.  Even though it never pans through like he would like.

« on: June 13, 2003, 02:05:42 PM »
I think, mind you I said think, there was a time when wearing very little make-up was the thing.  I remember my older brother telling me the guys didn't like girls with too much make-up.  He was four years older and his friends were "interesting" so I took his advise.  Still not good with the make-up thing.  I agree Carolyn needs a little more on the eyes she is very fair and could could get washed out.

Hey, MB, some of us started younger than others. hehe.
Patti, don't have any seniors this year, college or high school.
My third is graduating middle school next week.  She is on a role of activities.  Last night some battle of the bands thing.  Tonight a "semi" formal dance.  Right now she is not very happy with her parents I would not let her get her nails done.  Hey, it is 8th grade, not a prom.  Monday, she is off to Six Flaggs N.E., the kid has more parties than I would even imagine.
The other sad thing is my son is 21 and now going to the bars I used to go too.  That is scary.

Gerard, thank god no grandchildren and it can be a very long time as far as I am concerned.  I met this woman at the book store last night I use to work with her, she asked me if any of my children were married or had kids.  Disregard any reports of a woman murdered in book store in centra N.E.

Patti, been there done that.  It is summer and now I have to be more careful with the taping thing as the older children are up later using the VCR and DVD and somehow DS doesn't seem important to them.  I get to tape but lately have little time to watch.  I am smiling today because I don't have to work even thought the sky is gray and it is humid, not to mention I stupid headache but hey I am not at work.  I will be adding hours because a co-worker is going to out leave.

My guestion is did men ever really wear their hair like that?  I don't remember anyone I knew ever having hair "styled" that way.  Of course, I was young at the time and most of the guys had long hair more like David's.

Hey, HappyBat, not Friday yet but almost there.  Isn't this NE weather just lovely, we get one nice day a week.

Current Talk '03 I / Re:Idea for "Return to Collinwood".
« on: June 07, 2003, 04:32:53 PM »
I think you all are on the right track.  Collinwood revisited would be so very good if they did a whole "new generation" of Collins and yet refering to the past.  The options for story lines would be numerous.  They could even go back and final tell the "true" story of Vicki Winters.  The only way I could see the Barnster with a child is one he never knew about.  That always is a good soap ploy to add new charactors.  A child whose's parents say could have been Angie and Barnster-- what a thought.  Oh well.we cam dream can't we.

I finally watched it tonight also.  My husband walked in the room just as the face of Paul Stoddard appeared.  We are both still laughing.  I keep thinking it looks like he is saying "Cha-cha-cha.

I woudl love to see a Biography on anyone of the series stars.  I find Biography to be a very interesting and as someone else stated not sensationalized.  On the Biography channel last week they did somthing on what they called "clut" TV stars.  I caught a few minutes of it.  They were doing Little House on the Parie.  I never thought of that as cult.

Current Talk '03 I / Re:Remembering the DS Plotlines?
« on: May 16, 2003, 02:15:52 PM »
I started watching during the Quentin haunting story line.  I saw it during it's first run and was thrilled to finally see it again a few months back.  I think one of the things I have taken with me from DS into my aduthood is love of music boxes.  Shortly after watching DS as a child my family started giving me music boxes as gifts.  This lasted for a few years.  I intern have given my daughters several music boxes over the years.  There just seems to be something very special about the tinkling sound.  No, I don't have one that plays Josette's theme.  It would be nice, but ouch the cost.  I also would love a secret passage way and hidden rooms but another thing not to be.
