Love these.  Wish I could think of something worthy of this post. Just have to sound a round of approval.  My mind is not working this morning.  Maybe I lost too many little gray brain cells on the coasters at Hershey Park, or the quilt of not attacking my long, long, list of things to do is impairing my brain.

Birdie--who is putting off the sympathy letter she has to write, the food shopping she has to do,  the laundry in the mudroom. etc, etc, etc,.....

The nicknames people of the era got were really quite different.  I have Uncles that I didn't know there real names until I was an adult.  Everyone that was a friend of my parents were aunts and uncles.
Bunny doesn't seem that unusal when you have grown up with a Spitz.

She is the queen of it is ALL ABOUT ME!  Do you really think she loves Quentin.  She only wants him because he is the only male who doesn't buy all her crap.  She got him to marry her but she does not control him.  He doesn't kiss the ground she walks on.  And so much for motherly love, she is going to make Daniels dad just like her,   Oh boy, he gets to have "Two living Dead People as Parents".  That line just cracks me up.

She takes self-centered selfishness to a new high.

If I saw Yeager on the street.  I would burst out laughing.  He is the kind of guy I know I would have made fun of.  Of course, his charactor most likely would have killed me, if I didn't die first laughing at him.

If I were Maggie I would tell Quentin to get over it!  Come to bed and forget about Angie.  If he persisted on acting like an A$$ I would be out that door so fast and as the other said "Talk to my lawyer".

Patti and Eleanor,
I have just the opposite problem.  I am a terrible passenger.  My husband wants to put blinders and suggests valuim for our trips.  He drives all the time when we travel.  Panic attacks are not fun.  Have you talked to your Doctor about them?  I will drive but am not an agressive driver.  Also hate the highways and those huge trucks but will do it when I have to.
Patti, keep your spirits up.  If I were closer I would come over and we could have a drink and watch some DS.

Current Talk '03 II / Illness in P.T.
« on: July 11, 2003, 04:13:57 PM »
The name switch to Batty. Has someone told you about me.
Please forgive my spelling errors as I am too lazy to go in look for the dictionary.

I truly do like P.T. and it has some good moments but is stupidity contagious to this world of P.T.

First of all Bruno saying "You are a living dead person!".  It cracks me up everytime I think of it.   How did he say the line without laughing.  How did Angelexis look at Bruno with his hair and clothers and not start laughing.

The lawyer, yelling to John Yeager after he killed Gladstone in cold blook to come out.  He has no protection form this murderer.  Than he follows him to Longworth's looks around and than calls the police.  Still banging my head on that one.

Colllins and Longworth new business getting rid of the bodies with out those ackward guestions.

Quentin needs prozac.

O.k. Barnabas has never been the brightest blub on the tree, but what was he thinking introducing himself as Barnabas Collins after Quentin mentioning the "room" and the Barnabas Collins from the "room". How about Sam, Joe, Tom, Dick, Harry, is the name Barnabas so very wonderful?

What about the people in reg. time constantly mentioning Barnabas and his curse.  Smack them on the side of the head.

I forgive Will for turning his back on the Barnster he was  very excited about his book.  I do love that scene.    Also love the scene with Angie and Alexis switching places.

Hate, Hate, Hate, John Yeager's make-up and hair.  But have to admitt Pennocks acting improves greatly in this charactor.  He truly is eerie.

Just a few of my thoughts on the P.T.

He really creeped me out.  I would say that it proves that he was an excellent actor because I believe that is what he was suppose to do to us viewers.  He really made my skin crawl.

My first thoughts about Buddy Epson was his role in the movie Captain January.  Of course he was delightful as Jeb.  Can you believe I had the Beverly Hillbillies Paper Dolls.  My mother loved the theme song to the BH so we had a 45 of that.  Sad to see so many wonderful actors pass away.  I guess you can't say to much they were all up there in age.

May they find bliss in the life ahead.
