OK, everyone is coming clean now about accessing this site while at work. I refuse to admit it, really I do... In the meantime, I saw NODS for the first time at a DS festival. I saw HODS on TV in the early 80s.

I think in answer to borgosi's question, ProfStokes announcement said that the author is speaking at the festival, so books will probably be there for sale. Maybe ProfStokes can clarify. The announcement also said orders placed now will be signed by the author. I'm interested in this topic and look forward to the book and Vlad's postings too.

Sounds like a very interesting book. I'll buy a copy. Congratulations to ProfStokes for writing the preface! Your description of the book makes it very enticing. I know nothing about physics but if it's explained for the sake of Dark Shadows fans then that's good enough for me. I'll go check the website. Thanks again for the information.

I don't recall if Willie's mention of "Roxanne" was before, during, or after the introduction of Roxanne Drew. You would think the writers could come up with a different name.

I've really enjoyed all the remarks about Davis in response to my question. He was at a festival I went to and I had no interaction with him at all. He was entertaining on stage, but I guess he rubs some people the wrong way. If nothing else, he's a funny topic of conversation.

What a big thrill to have Jonathan on this board! I understand he is still very vigorous and active. I hope he takes the time to involve himself in some of the plot points discussed here, and maybe offer an alternative that he wished would have been adopted.
