Thankj you for all your kind birthday wishes.  Let's just say I survived.  I am still the oldest one in my branch at work.  Very sad.

Connie, your birthday greeting reminded me a card from the Boyton company it went
Hippie Birdie's two ewes!.  Anyone ese remember it?  My husband sang it to me.  How lame!

My sister in law many years ago gave me a Happy Bertsday button.  I forgot to wear it though.

Thanks once again.

Connie,
Shop around for a bank or credit union.  I have been in banking for years and their is a lot of compition out there.   You really have to look at the fine print, does your bank charge you for using your debt. card or ATM usage.  There are ways around the fees or to cut them in half.
If your bank is part of the SUM Network you will only get one fee from using another bank in the networks ATM.

Good Luck...

Gerard. the first bank I worked for gave away tons of stuff for just depositing.  I swear I still have a complete set of china in my basement.   I don't remember there being many fees back than either.

Some of us in the banking world are still nice and will try to help out the customers.

I don't know too much about the bus thing, but I do know if they took a trip to Boston a must would have been Filene's basement.  We didnt' hit the one in Boston much but the one in Worcester was the place to pick up clothes at a good price.  I am sure David was just as obnoxious as my brother and myself and hid in the clothes racks on poor Roger.  They wonder wny parents drink.

Patti,
Rear Windows is a favorite of both the hubby's and mine.  I can see where you are coming from with the comment on "Miss Loney Heart".
Haven't been watching much of anything lately.  Too tired, putting in a lot of hours at work, not to mention trying to keep up with the house, family, mother, life.

Be Good

Connie,
Of course, it is so normal.  Should I say this I haven't watched in months and months.  Sometimes I think about it, but looking for the tapes seems like too much work.  Bored seems to be my middle name lately.  Even though my life is crazed.  This has not been a good year.  I come home from work and I am  so sick of the home, what is on T.V. , yet I don't want to go anywhere.  On the weekends it is twice as bad.  Patti, said it WE NEED A VACATION!   You know that is not going to happen with the hoidays upon us. Right now  I am taking a break.  I have baked, shopped. worked, cleaned, been incredibly crabby.  Tonight it is "Hello Chinese"  I refused to cook tonight.  I hope your holiday is a good one.  Try to keep your spirits up!
