i know that there has been a lot of debate about it
but i always felt that dear Gregory was the most
evil! he didn't use magic (maybe a little help from Evan)
and i was glad to see him get his!

So now, do i pay an extra $25.00 per month just for my Grayson fix or do i invest in a cable descrambler?

An extra $25 per month for Grayson isn't too bad...is it?  You'll get a bunch of other channels as well, right?  Hell, we pay around $80 a month for cable.  Boy, if I had my way I'd get rid of all these dumb channels.  Everyone watches them but me.
Oh -- and while I'm in a bitchy mood, you'd think for all that money they'd provide Soapnet so I could see Falcon Crest.
But Noooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!

Who only needs cable box for taping DS and other than that, the 'f' ing cable box can go out the window for all I care.

[angryf]

i agree with Connie and the others! they are coming down hard on cable fraud! it's not worth the 125.00(? 5months) or
CastleBee had a good idea too!
good luck and have fun in NY!

Hmmmmmm I was idly minding my own business, not even noticing this thread, and then someone had to have Tim take his shirt off!

I love it when he gets all sweaty and the sun gleams on that delicately chiseled wereboy chest of his.  Hmmmmm!

Nice to have some HEAT on a soon to be snowy day like today!

Thanks, Jennifer!

any time Steve!those thoughts have gotten me through many a
icky day!

I was born on Long Island and mean to die on Long Island.....but despite the fact that I have always lived here, and I read constantly that we call this place 'lawn-guy-land', I have never in my life heard a native say it that way.

This stuff usually starts with people 'from away' and then takes on a life of it's own.  You don't suppose it was someone from Maryland who first coined the term 'Baltimorons', do you?  That was almost certainly started by a born-to-be-rude 'New Yawka". [lghy]

yeah you're right Rainey we don't have an accent here in Boston?people "from away" made that up!

My guess is that Maggie created a vest and matching mini skirt with it, as part of her therapy at Wyndcliffe.

Just a guess,
dom

hehe dom we had to make these icky maxi skirts in sewing in 6th grade that remind me of that!those skirts were around maybe 5 minutes. I quess after the mini it was hard to cover up that much! oh the 60s!

Current Talk '03 I / Re:The incredible doppelganger
« on: April 06, 2003, 05:18:07 PM »
However, what I can't figure out, is that she apparently had to capture his image in the mirror to create the doppelganger.  As a vampire, he wouldn't have been able to cast an image in the first place, so. . . .

Unless at the time the doppleganger was created, Barnabas had completed enough of the treatments to show up in a mirror.  Of course, Dark Shadows was never terribly consistant with this aspect of vampire lore.  I seem to remember Angelique showing up in the mirror several times when she was made a vampire by Nicholas Blair.  [vampire]

that is true CB but if you watch other vampire shows or movies
they change things all the time. On Port Charles Caleb
is quite busy on those black satan sheets and i always thought
vampires were dead everywhere!(not even Viagra would help!heehee ;)) excuse me i have been stuck in the house a week
with the flu and then there is this horrid weather! good points made by all!

Ok, I have to admit the horrible truth.  I find Aristede terribly, infinitly amusing...Bruno too.   :D
Aristia, you're not alone.  I get a major kick out of Michael Stroka's characters.  He had great comic timing, IMO.

There's a particular line coming up in the next storyline that makes me crack up every time I think of it.  Charging out to face the werewolf, Bruno declares to Jeb, "Don't worry, you've got Bruno!"  The line sounds ridiculous in or out of context, but somehow Stroka pulls it off.

ProfStokes

oh i agree with both of you i do enjoy his roles! He  had some of the funniest lines and did a good job with them!that is why we have such fun laughing at them! wait till Bruno of 1970PT the one hit wonder!

another DS actor taken too soon!

Ya know....I like Petofi when he's lying down.  I've decided he looks sort of cuddly under the official Collinsport afghan.
By the way, I think that's the same afghan that appeared on Roseanne's couch all those years.

-CLC  [winkb]

you know Connie i thought that too one day every time i see
an afghan like it on a show i wonder... Could it be our afghan?
wonder what happened to it? another DS mystery!
