 I cared about Chris for the same reason. Chris was the only family she had. Her parents were killed in an automobile accident and her brother Tom was attacked in the woods by Angelique and ended up dying on her.

I cared about Tom because he took care of Amy after her parents died.

I cared about Joe Haskell because he cared enough to speak to Chris on his little cousin's behalf.

Have any of you read Charles Delaware Troll's amazing continuation of Dark Shadows? He wrote DS episodes summaries for a year of Dark Shadows that never existed and he wrote them in a way that they were in keeping with the show.

One of the saddest scenes for me was when they took Joe Haskell away to Wyndcliff. Can you think of any other sad scenes?

What Dark Shadows characters do you care about? How would you've liked for it to turn out for them.

The characters I cared about were Joe Haskell, Chris and Amy Jennings I would have liked for Chris to find a way to break his cuurse and for Joe to be cured from his madness and get back with Maggie.

One sad scene for me was when Joe told Chris that when they told Amy about Tom's death, she fell to pieces. Losing the only person who ever cared for her was too much for her.

Another sad scene was when they tool Joe Haskell away to Wyndcliff.

I quit watchiing Scifi when they took it off too. Dark Shadows was the reason I watched Scifi. Now that they took it off I don't watch it anymore.
