Thank you Josette and Cassandra for the welcome back.  I have truly missed coming here.  I have learned more about DS here then anywhere else.  :D

And like several other here I have written and called and asked for Soap Net but still nothing.  I just don't know how bad the withdrawal will be when it is not on Scifi.   :'(
But I will just have to start the DVD collection and go from there.

I do hope Sci Fi gets it back.  wahh I do not get Soap Net.  I do have the videos, but it is not the same.  I just love sitting in front of the TV and getting mad when the commercial comes on. lol

Our area has been trying to get Soap Net.  Hope they do if DS moves there.

By the way, I know I have not been around in a long time.  but I got a bad virus(computer) :'(  and several techs tried to help but to no avail.  Had to get a new tower ::).  Which meant waiting to save money.  Oh well I am back, and just getting back into the swing.
Hope to finally be around more!

Why couldn't they pre-empt DS for a showing of both DS movies?  Wouldn't that have been more appropriate?  I will never understand these people and their decisions about DS.  It makes me wonder if they are going to show it again--or even finish this showing all the way to the end.

No respect!

Love, Robin

I totally agree with you Robin.  It is the major holiday for us and what  two movies would be more appropriate than NoDS and HoDS.  I feel a write in campaign for next year starting.... anyone

ok, Amy is the carrier of the werewolf gene.  But would Quentin know that.  If he does not, don't you think he would try to destroy what he knew.
Luciaphil is more than right, it probably did carry over to the grave.  So Quentin can't help himself.

ok here it goes and please anyone correct me if I am wrong.
He has to destroy the werewolf which happens to be Chris.  He understands what is happening to Chris because he is/was a werewolf himself.
Everyone tried to take his son from him so that is why he is mad at the family and does not want them to know he is there.
And David has questioned him.  If I remember Jamison never questioned his father.
If anyone can correct me please do.

I had to think about this one for awhile.  The only part of DS i never liked was the Labyrinth Story line.  So here it goes:
Joan Bennett -  This has to be the original Liz from 1966.  She was so strong and vulnerable.  Liz was a Collins and they had certain responsibilities that she took very seriously.
Louis Edmonds - Of course for me it is Roger from 1966 as some one has said earlier, yes he was wonderfully arrogant.
Thayer David - Ben, I think maybe because this is the first role I remember him in.  He had such a good soul about him.
Kathryn Leigh Scott - I always enjoyed her Maggie from the beginning.  Yes, Maggie changed but she was always the one that seemed grounded, and not taken with all the hoopla of the family Collins.
Grayson Hall - What can I say about a woman that I truly loved on the show.  But if I must choose, it will be Magda.  It was not until the second time I watched that I truly appreciated her acting abilities.

I have to agree with most of the other posts here.  I truely liked Sarah Collins.  There was something about her that made you really watch, even when I first watched DS.  He control over Barnbas has never been equalled.  The scene where he finally sees his beloved little sister, the pain of loss on his face.  This was Barnabas' one true love!
And I never listened to London Bridge the same way again.
