Oh my goodness.  Peter Miner, a producer for the original series, passed away last month.

I don't remember ever noticing his name in the credits, but maybe I overlooked his name if he hasn't been discussed much on this forum ...

He produced after Bob Costello left and before Lela Swift took over. I've never counted his eps but off the top of my head I'd say he was around for close to 240 eps. He started somewhere around the very end of 1897 and lasted through the very beginning of 1840...
