Never used footage of David Selby for Michael Apted's "Up" series, tracing the lives of schoolchildren to adulthood,  has recently surfaced. Here we see David at age 7, the only American child filmed for the Granada London series, deleted as"..too disturbing."

Quentin:  These bars can't hold me!  You'll see, you'll see.  When I get out of hear I'll turn your little vampire butt into a fine pure like applesauce with a dash of cinnamon.

Barnabas: He's crazy, but I better write down that recipe before I forget.

Q:  "O cruel fate, that allowed me to live until 1995!    The Macarena has driven me insane!     It's in my head 24 hours a day!    Someone throw a wrench at my head, and maybe it'll stop!"

If only someone had thrown wrenches (or worse) at the heads of the people responsible for that song BEFORE it was released so that it would never have become a hit and we wouldn't still be dealing with the repercussion of having to endure it at EVERY wedding or similar social gathering 'til this day!!  :o  ::)

To provide motivation duing his big insanity scene on DS, David Selby channeled flashbacks of working with Barbra Steisand in "Up the Sandbox."
