Title: Who screams better--Sabrina or Julia?

While watching today's episodes, I was struck by a thought: who screams better, Sabrina or Julia? On those rare occasions when Dr. Hoffman is called upon to shriek, the sound truly defies description. I'd liken it to a cross between a Model T's horn and the cry of a Rhino on a rampage! As for Sabrina, her scream today literally sent shivers up and down my spine. I'm surprised it didn't turn the werewolf's fur white!

And speaking of white, where did she ever get that God-awful fright wig? I've seen better on sale in the Halloween section of KMart!

Dear Rod,  Julia's definitely at the top of my list as all time favorite DS screamer, though the two snapshots of Sabrina screaming selected by our beloved Mysterious Benefactor for today's montage certainly are enough to make one's manhood quail.  Especially the one where Sabrina is wearing that spooky, cobwebby looking wig.  Brrrr!  Makes me think of that mid Sixties cult no-budget shocker, Spider Baby.  Or a movie by sleaze maven Andy Milligan--I definitely recommend the book The Ghastly One for a fascinating portrait of the sleazy underbelly of late Sixties NYC underground film.

As to the new fright wig of Sabrina's, just wait until you see the brown "helmet" type one that she wears next. It is so "wiggy", and I can't believe that all of us 60's girls had one about like it!

Julia is a good screamer, but Sabrina puts alot
of feeling and emotion into her efforts.

I also remember Julia's scream (in the mausoleum) when Barnabas was terrorizing her--blood was pouring out of the wall, right? And Julia was shrieking "no-ho-ho-ho!" Oh, Gawd...

I loved the way Sabrina screamed when she entered and saw Chris as the werewolf. She didn't even wait for the door to open completely!  And her shriek conjured up disquieting memories of geese on the wing!
