Title: Please help! My fingers are killing me!

How do you insert links or text without having to type it all out? I see the "Insert FTP Link" and "Insert Hyperlink" buttons, but don't know how to use them  ???

I have no idea, but I love the vision you have conjured up in my brain:  Your fingers are trying to strangle you, and you have a Dr.-Lang-like look of horror on your face as your arms try to pull your fingers away, and the familiar Dark Shadows climax music is playing.  Oops, you just got cut off, and the credits are rolling, and it's Friday.  Enjoy the weekend!

Here's how I cheat. Copy the link in you adress bar that you want to link, click on the hyperlink button in the textbox to get the <url> code, then go up top to your browser where it says Edit click on that and a paste option will appear. Paste the link wherever you want it to go in the textbox. Or you can just hit the Crtl key and the W key and it will paste your link where you want.

I think you meant Ctrl+V to paste.  In Windows, Ctrl+W closes the current window.
