Both were unjust as American citizens have not been tried for witchcraft since the Salem Witch Trials.  As such, both trials annoyed the hell out of me and caused me to throw things at the TV!   ;D

Vicki's Trial in 1795. The presentation of the book to save her, as well as her "lawyer". I don't remember the 1840 trial at all, except for the fact that I didn't feel like bashing my head against a wall while watching it.  [8311]

Hi, my name is Beth, registered under IluvBarnabas for he is my favorite character on the show, though I love
all the characters.

In response to the question both Quentin and Vicki's trials were pure manipulation...but in Quentin's case I actually thought
he'd get off, until the death of Mordecai Grimes put a damper on that.
