Title: Dan Curtis's house for sale

I just love the slideshow so much, could watch and listen to it for hours, as it all just gives me a peaceful feeling.  However, sadly, I will never have the $6,795,000 to fulfill my California dreamin'.  8)

I liked the slideshow and love the music but it kinda made me sad though, thinking about Dan and Norma and the kids they left behind.  Pity one the girls can't take the place over.  Oh well...

What a beautiful house!  I love the counter tops in the kitchen and also the four poster bed.

I can only imagine the sky rocket LA Co. tax bill on a property that size after it re-appraised.  If it's going for $6Mil, that's $1 per thousand of property value plus the assessed extras.  Ouch!

Investment wise, better to sell and invest the money.  Then, create an income for yourself from investment earnings.
