Murray Melvin, actor, director and theatre archivist, dies aged 90 (https://www.theguardian.com/stage/2023/apr/15/murray-melvin-actor-director-and-theatre-archivist-dies-aged-90)

His long TV career included The Avengers's debut episode (criminal), Torchwood (villain) and Midsomer Murders (victim), and his DS connection is his wonderfully creepy performance in Big Finish's "The Happier Dead" in 2014.

When I saw this name I had no idea who he was. But then I haven't paid much attention to the Big Finish discs, so that explains it.
