Oops - I didn't come across this until today...
On the 55th Anniversary of Dark Shadows’ Premiere, We Shed New Light on the Supernatural Soap’s Enduring Popularity — and Crack Open a Photo Album Full of Ghosts… Er, We Mean *Memories* (https://soaps.sheknows.com/soaps/news/602271/dark-shadows-premiere-anniversary-tribute-vampire-soap-opera-abc/)
Oh, that video - what to say... [easter_wink]

Very nice, but the commentary implies that the possible CW version is definitely dead.

[pointing-up] Ansel Faraj, who seems to be in a position to know, insists that's not the case. He said as much back at Halloween during the Zoom reunion - and, in fact, just as recently as two weeks ago he said on PennyDreadful's Terror at Collinwood podcast that everyone behind it is still enthusiastic about it and pushing for it and it's still being shopped around. He's very confident that at some point it will happen. He says don't believe anything you may come across on the Internet that says the project is dead.
One thing that's interesting is that DC's daughters are very pleased with the take of the show. Apparently it's very honoring of the original.
I suppose we'll see...
