Title: Barnabas's toupee

This still-shot seems to be everywhere - I don't know why it wasn't left in the dark-room waste-basket. Is it just me, or does the shadow accross Frid's forehead look like a bad hair-piece?

I hate that picture. It's one of my least favorite pictures of him, and it's because of that shadow(?) over his hair. You can make out the tips of his bangs beneath it (in the first one you posted), so I'm guessing that's what it is.

Nope, it's not just you.  He lookes like Joe Friday in this pic, LOL!  ;)

He *does* look menacing, that's for sure.  I've always liked Jonathan's eyes, very soulful and I love the color.  ;)

I had never noticed that the shadow on this picture looks like a weird comb-over. This is one of the best pictures of Barnabas looking creepy vampiry too. How unfortunate that the hair looks like crap. The Joe Friday comparision is really funny.

Barnabas: Willie I just washed my hair, and I can't do anything with it.
Willie: Yeah Barnabas, you look a lot like Sgt. Friday with it combed like that.

Even in that photograph, Mr. B.'s hair still looks better than the "squirrel" on the top of Donald Trump's "alleged" head of hair! [silly]

Besides, there were far more "dubious" looking male heads of "hair" on Dark Shadows.  (But, of course, no names please!) [santa_rolleyes]
