New poll for DS forums ( particularly apropos for the holidays and New Year's Eve).

I imagine Roger could be quite charming when he wanted to be. Stokes could be counted on to keep interesting conversation going. I bet Carl would be a riot at any party. 8)

No landslide for Q? He's the life of the party even when there is no party. Even when he's the only one partying.

Why aren't there any women listed?

Good question, Patti.....and I think the answer is obvious: none of the guys could hold a candle to Pansy Faye..... [lghy]

Yeah! [clap]
Finally someone I can vote for with conviction. Hands down. [laughing7]
He's certainly the life of MY party. (If I had one) [a_monkey]
;)

Hear hear! He was TOO funny, and Johnny Karlen looked like he was having a BALL playing him too. ;)

Carl does know how to stage a comeback, and the exact (wrong) time to do it.... Yes, Carl, you see, there's this vampire I've just created, and I've got to go find him RIGHT NOW and stake him, but fine, if you think a little vaudeville is a better idea, who am I to argue....

I voted for Quentin, Carl, and Willie (before he became Barnabas' victim). Quentin would probably have been lots of fun at a party I believe he could party down, Carl would definitely be up there with a lampshade on his head, and if Willie was on pretty good behavior he probably had a stockpile of great stories he could tell.
In a refined social gathering, I'm sure that the Prof. Count Petofi, and Roger would be the stars of the party.

It's party time, and a good time to think about "the life of the party."

Roger "the brandy" Collins. But, I'll second the motion to add women to this list. I could see the Countess Duprey being the life of the party. Carolyn Stoddard too.
