The WB's entertaining monster of the week spook show SUPERNATURAL made a reference to a St. Barnabas church in a recent episode (Hook Man).
That would all be well and good, EXCEPT the show's executive producer is Bob Singer who was Dan Curtis' assistant/associate producer after George DiCenzo and worked on DS and a number of projects.
He's also visible in NODS as an extra in the rainy funeral scene.
Coincidence? I doubt it! ;)

I caught that. I watch Supernatural every week and really enjoy it. My friend who watches it with me didn't get it when I laughed. Interesting about Bob Singer!

I get a kick out of it when these kinds of DS references pop up. Thanks for sharing the info Darren. I keep meaning to check out Supernatural but haven't gotten around to watching it yet.
