In October 2002, David Selby appeared in an episode of the DIY Network's DIY Halloween series to discuss scary storytelling. DIY rebroadcasts this episode every October. I've added some screen grabs from the episode to the Photo Gallery of my David Selby site.

He's sooooo fine looking, yet so unassuming.
I've never heard of the show DIYHalloween.....
Thanks for the pics!

I've seen this the last couple of Halloweens.
It's cute. [hall2_cheesy]
I was idly flipping thru channels 2002 and caught a glimpse
of him. Hey! That's Davis Selby I said. Then got to see the whole thing in a rerun.

Since I live in a cave, I have never even HEARD of the DIY network. This looks really cute.
In the snapshot where David had his hand clutched on his chest towards his throat, I couldn't help thinking of Grayson. Some of those "intense" expressions he adopted also made me think of his work as Quentin...
Thanks, Criseyde, for sharing with us these photos of this supremely YUMMMMYEEEEEE man!

I'd not heard of the show or the network before this aired either, but home shows aren't my cup of tea. That might explain why most of my furniture is made of particle board. Where I live, you have to subscribe to digital cable to get DIY.
The host of the show, Michael Kennedy, comes across as a big dork. Sorry, but he does, and I could do without his exaggerated expressions while David tells the story. Instead of having him act like an excited child, they would've been better off bringing in another kid to hear the story. By the end of the show, I seriously wanted to slap the man. ::)
