Title: DS 1991's Victoria/Josette (Joanna Going) survives scary Jet Blue landing
Post by: hornet on October 11, 2005, 02:34:41 PM: Some of you may have heard about this already, but it was news to me. The wonderful Joanna Going and her infant daughter were on board that recent Jet Blue flight that made a scary emergency landing with the landing geer out of commission. Thank God everything turned out well.

Also, I found some recent pictures of Joanna attending the 3rd season premiere of her husband's (actor Dylan Walsh) show Nip/Tuck.

She looks as beautiful at age 42 as she did at age 27 when she did Dark Shadows and she could still play Victoria and Josette IMHO. :)

Post by: Mysterious Benefactor on October 28, 2005, 11:22:31 PM: Joanna's husband Dylan Walsh (of Nip/Tuck) was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today and she asked him about the flight. He said that Joanna told him that the passangers remained quite calm throughout the incident because the pilot was very reassuring to them - and that she was actually laughing about the experience once she was finally able to reach him on her cell phone. But something tells me that was more nervous laughter than because she thought the experience was in any way funny.
