Sam was amazed he was able to talk Maggie into putting her hair in ponytails, now if he could only convince her to wear the little cheerleader's outfit...

It was only then during that special sitcom-like father daughter experience that Sam noticed the three tattoo's on Maggie's neck.  The first was an eye.  The second was a heart.  And the third was a drunken penguin.
