Guy in bed: "Woe is me, woe is me!!"
-
[pointing-up] That sums it up well!! [lghy] [cheers]
-
Desmond: "I always thought that I'd lose my head over you. Not because of you."

[pointing-up] [a1f5] Love it!! [thumb]
I'm sensing a lot of inspiration for slash fiction lately. Funny, though - I don't think I've ever seen any for Quentin and Desmond - yet as we seem to be showing here, it appears to be a natural...
-
I've never read any slash fiction. This is just me being me.
-
([pointing-up] I've never read any either, but I know it's out there, particularly because a member here used to post about writing it with Quentin paired with various other male characters, like Chris and Barnabas. Those Collinses love their incest!! [easter_grin])
-
The closest thing to DS slash fiction that I ever read was in Adriana Pena's Collinsport Chronicles. Reference is made to Angelique and Megan Todd having a brief fling before the Chronicles began. But the object of most of the slash comes from Sheriff Patterson, who had a past relationship with Dave Woodard. And a current one with Barnabas.
-
([pointing-up] I just don't picture Barnabas and Sheriff Patterson together, especially if Barn is still a vampire - but maybe that's just me...)

The Adrianaverse was more than a little burnt. Her stuff was extremely well written, though it frequently strayed very far from the source material. You can find a lot of it on fanfiction.net (http://fanfiction.net). Her stories are under the pseudonym Maryland Rose.
Carolyn had become extremely bitter, as she had been expecting to reconcile with Adam, only to be blindsided when he ran off with her mother. And, honestly, I don't know which I find stranger: that Maggie has become a state senator or that she has become a heroin addict.

(Gee, ya think?! But if it was well written, that's mostly what matters...)
