Just for the fun of it I just went over to the Decades' Web site to see if DS would be on at any point this month. At first I checked the 31st, but the schedule for that day isn't up yet. But once I checked the 29th I discovered that DS will indeed be weekend binging. So I went to check the 28th and oddly enough, if the schedule can be believed, this year's run will not begin with Barnabas' release but with Ep #257 at 1:00pm ET on Saturday and last through Ep #340 at 6:30am ET on Monday.

Awesome! Now that we have decades, I'll be binging. Will also be good inspiration for the captions and fill in the blanks on the games for that storyline. Thanks for the heads up.

I've been so busy this weekend that I completely forget DS is on Decades. Did the run actually begin with Ep #257 rather than Ep #210? It seems like it might have because I see that Ep #307 is on now.
Of course, as per usual, my DVR's synopsis for the ep doesn't coordinate with what's actually on because my DVR says "Mrs. Johnson incurs Laura's wrath when she tries to extinguish the flames in Laura's fireplace. Later, Laura tries to convince Burke to get rid of paranormal investigator Dr. Guthrie." And oddly, once again TV Guide's Web site also lists that same ep. Who knows why the DVR and TV Guide keep getting the eps wrong?!

Yes, when I remembered it was on and switched the channel, the first thing I saw was Buzz.

I see that the binge did indeed end with Ep #340. "Consider it a dream from which you will never awaken." (Always a chilling line - especially when we know what's to come in Ep #341.) And it's nice to see that those latter eps among the 130 that Decades has were shown again because Decades had only been showing the beginning eps during its most recent DS binges.

Kudos to Decades.

I managed to catch the final 7 episodes, finally recording the last 3 so I wouldn't stay up that long. It always seemed such a shame that there had to be a change in actors for the doctor, just at that point when the most important things were coming up, including his ending.

I saw part of a DS special on Decades at work. I missed the marathon tho.
