I'll be grateful for anything we can get: movie, new series, novel....anything at all!

But what I'd like most of all would be for the original to come back on TV.

I know some fans are collecting the DVDs now and others are re-watching the video tapes.  I own neither.  But mostly I miss us all being "on the same page" .....which only happens when we're all watching the series.  It kept discussions about the show focused, and made for very interesting and detailed posts.

Rainey, I just joined netflix. They have a 2-week trial period, so I'm going to take advantage of that to see a few DS dvd's. Don't think I'm gonna wind up paying for their service, but it's a good deal, I think.

And as for the potentiality of a DS movie... only if I get to write it and star in it. :P

I was really, really looking forward to the new TV series, so I was disappointed when that fell through. I'd still love to have a new series over a new movie any day of the week, but a movie would be alright otherwise.

Also it would be cool if DS would be on the air again.  I'm collecting the DVDs, and I'm not sure if I'd have time to watch if it was back on TV, especially later on this year. Still, it would be good for everyone to be able to watch it at the same time and pace.

I would be pleased if they revived the novel series.  There are so many talented writers out there and so many endless possible stories to tell.
