([pointing-up]  No. But I looked it up and it certainly sounds intriguing...)

It seems to be published very, very erratically but It's definitely worth reading. As is the sister book, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. They are both very dark and twisted. Riverdale is nastier than Collinsport.

(Hmmm - I wonder what fairly recent but now discontinued comic that sounds like?  [snow_rolleyes])

There is at least one trade paperback available on each. I prefer the Sabrina one myself. Maybe because the extremely WTF appearance by Ann-Margret. The two books share some characters and are both set in Riverdale but they don't share continuity.

([pointing-up]  I read where Sabrina will be introduced on the CW's Riverdale.  I haven't got a clue how she could fit in, though...)

And BTW, congrats on surpassing 81000 curses!!  [clap2]

Oh, wow! Thank you for all the curses, everyone!

Sabrina!?! I think it's safe to assume that she will have little in common with the Melissa Joan Hart version.

(One would assume not - but they're keeping what's planned all hush hush. But as I said, I'm enjoying the show (more and more each week as everything becomes more and more complex), so whatever they have planned should be quite interesting...)

I don't expect that they will go quite as far as The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, where the wacky aunts Zelda and Hilda are reimagined as real witches with a taste for human flesh. Especially babies.

That might be a bit rough even for cable.

Riverdale May Go Supernatural in Season 2 (http://www.tvguide.com/news/riverdale-season-2-supernatural-zombies-witches/)

Interesting. It would certainly be a way to keep Jason Blossom on the show...

I don't think that they will go in the direction of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, which is probably too intense for broadcast TV. She does appear in Afterlife with Archie in a supporting but very significant role. No spoilers from me but if one of the characters causes a car accident in the last episode or two, that may indicate where season two is heading.

(It will be interesting to see what sort of direction they take...)
