Gee....do you suppose that might be because SciFi's new series "Battlestar Galactica" premieres tonight?

Nah....probably just a coincidence......snort....[vryevl]

Don't forget that the "infamous" Roger Davis (aka "RD") also stars!

I've tried to forget, but the scar, the horror of it all, lingers.

LOL!  And I'm not at all jealous that the series was not only picked up, its pilot was shown on network TV and is being released on DVD, and that it's a reimagining of the original BG series with a big name actor AND is being heavily promoted by the SciFi channel.  And did I mention that one of the OS actors will be making a guest appearance?  Uh uh, not the least bit jealous.   [kaiokn]

LOL. I was going to be a smart [bootyshake] and post some earlier today because it was airing on the East Coast when you posted your notice. Unfortunately, my video capture software was on the fritz because some other piece of software I installed hijacked it. It was a shame too because I had grand plans for a shot of RD with a Cylon and the caption: "Even next to a Cylon, he's stiff."  >:D

Despite the <cough> human appearance, RD is actually
a Cylon created with their new technology.  Could this be
where the current series got the idea?

Here's one way to stop him from touching his hair.  :)

Apparently, a Cylon in human form is a lot shorter.   :P

It occurs to Andromus that his human appearance will
enable him to infiltrate and destroy all humans.  ::)

Their signal weak, the two Cylons set out to find a way
to contact their home base.  It's their lucky day because
they're picked up by the general manager of a radio
station whose wife invites them to a party with other radio
types, and even better, it's Halloween!

Despite her appearance, LP really is playing a human.

The driver is William Daniels.

Bad writing, good guest perfomances.

I haven't seen Galactica 1980 since...well...1980, and thanks to your screen shots, I have that same strange urge to projectile vomit that I did when it first aired. Judas priest, what a god-awful mess.

OTOH, the new Galactica is incredible. Wonderfully written, beautiful to look at, and well-acted. I'm actually happy to put myself in front of a television for the first time in quite a while.

Well, I've been plopping down to watch Lost lately, too. It's not bad. Not bad at all.

The car pool from hell. The driver is William Daniels.

Makes you understand why he didn't think voicing a car for Knight Rider was too "out there."  ;D

But, really - did you have to post so many captures of him? Remind me to discuss with you the dangers of wasting too much of our Web space and bandwidth!
