Has the OS DS been made into/onto blu-ray?

How about the HoDS & NoDS?

No, and it probably never will because the quality of the Master Tapes aren't such that there would be any significant improvement in Blu-ray vs. DVD.

Yes, and the two films look magnificent!! Especially vs. VHS...
