To see a recent photo of David Henesy, go to Dark Shadows Online (http://www.darkshadowsonline.com).

He looks a little bit like Lorne Michaels...
Anyway, it's kinda cool that he's a bit more receptive to fandom's interest in him. I imagine that he could write a very interesting book about DS!
-
Perhaps he'd consider the 40th anniversary Fest in 2006 a good enough reason to come back to New York for a visit?

We should only be so lucky, Rainey. (http://www.dsboards.com/dsb05/Smileys/thumb.gif)
Thanks for posting the link to Craig's site, Midnite. :)

Wow - he really looks good. Looking young! See what staying away from DS stuff can do for a man??? lol
I agree with ClaudeNorth. I bet Henesy could really write a kick-ass book full of fun, interesting stories about everything and everyone. His would be a unique perspective.
Thanks for the linkage Midnite. ;D

Wow, what a scoop for Craig's site. Good for him, & good for us! :D
I am really looking forward to the next Henesy installment.
2004 has been quite a year for DS fans. Though much of it has been
wrapped in sadness and disappointment, we've really had a lot of fresh
news, well, more than in years past.
Thanks for supplying the link, M. :-*

I suspect we have Diana Millay to thank for this exclusive! Craig is the webmaster of her website, so it makes sense that she was probably the link between David and Craig. Anyway, I can't wait to hear what juicy gossip DH has to tell, :D and if it's like what he told KLS for her most recent DS book, we're in for one helluva ride! :D

Looking forward to the dish from David Henesy. He mentioned in a phone interview with KLS that he was good buddies with Don Briscoe (albeit he also noted Don's penchant for being in an "altered state" right before his werewolf transformations). Now that Don has passed on, I hope David and other DS actors will break their guarded silence about Briscoe, and offer some thoughtful and fun anecdotes about working with him.
May Henesy also go easier on our beloved Grayson in subsequent recollections. Perhaps now he sees where she may have been coming from with her maternal protectiveness and candor. Wonder if David, a known prankster on the set, ever absconded with Grayson's "Magda" wig, or perhaps he stole her cigarettes (as he'd done with Joan Bennett). I could see her getting irked about that.

thanks for the link; who's the person furthest right? ???
