Hmmm - it's interesting how this person can seemingly get away with using the DS name:

And especially that she can do so with a book series involving vampires. But then, perhaps DC never trademarked the DS name or its connection to vampires. Perhaps only if DS is connected to the Collinses or some such is when it's considered his intellectual property, in which case she would be dealing with something entirely different from our DS...
