(Which brings up an interesting point: PT Quentin gets all sorts of criticism heaped on him for the way he treats Maggie, but if you ask me, Barnabas' treatment of Julia and Willie, particularly when he resorts to psychological manipulation to get his way, can be far worse - yet few fans ever criticize him for it...)

That's very true, MB. Barnabas commits acts every bit as heinous as Angelique. She's condemned for her behavior, while he largely gets a free pass.
