Hi, Annie-
Not sure how safe I'll be this year: a lady friend and I are dressing up as "Sandor and Magda," and you know the kind of trouble gypsies can get into.
In some ways, I wish I could be "Quentin" instead, as I'd only have to deal with long sideburns, versus heavy pancake make-up, a bushy black wig, cheap jewelry and a thick accent. As it was, Sandor ended up with a knife in his back, while the "Q" man lived on through his magic portrait.

On a personal note i would like to say............
The 86 year Curse has been broken!! The Red Sox won the World SERIES last night!! I feel so much better now. Thanks for letting me vent.  :D

Happy Halloween! Hope everyone could see the lunar eclipse a couple of nights ago. Here the  moon was partially obscured by clouds, then they cleared and the  moon glowed a lovely orange. Just right for Halloween. 8)

Wasn't that moon magnificent?  We took our telescope down to the beach and watched the eclipse there.

You'd be amazed at the number of "Stargazers" there were down there!!!  But we didn't run into anyone who looked like Quentin.   Or a Werewolf, for that matter..... ;)

Sandor had wrote that a Lady Friend and him were going to dress up like Sandor and Magda this year.  Well, my daughter has a little black cat named Magda and she's going to get another little black cat and name him...you got it...Sandor.

Dracula and a Ballerina have just come down my sidewalk...gotta go.
