This is the next-to-last installment, for now! Enjoy!
Episode #101 - Carolyn was busy getting ready for her big date with Burke, which Burke arranged to prove a point to Mrs. Johnson. Roger was so preoccupied with Vicki and the pen, though, that he didn't succeed in stopping Carolyn from going on the date. ::) --- Carolyn's joke about Bill Malloy working for the "Reds" was very indicative of the time that this occurred - 1966 - with the Cold War in full swing. 8) --- I thought it was great when David hid Vicki from Roger in the Drawing Room - even though it was because he hated his father. --- I loved the friendliness between Vicki and Maggie - they are becoming great friends. It's too bad Vicki couldn't tell Maggie what she knew. --- That was a heart-pounding ending when Roger grabbed Vicki! :o
Episode #102 - This episode was when we FINALLY heard what Roger did the night Bill Malloy died - assuming Roger was telling the truth, that is. ;D But it sure was plausible, and Vicki believed him. However, Burke called her and convinced her to escape Roger's "clutches" - which she easily did. Burke had to cut short his date with Carolyn, who didn't know what was going on. I was glad that Vicki was smart enough to pretend to Roger that he was talking to Maggie on the phone. --- That was pretty creepy when Matthew was asking David all those questions at the Old House about what Vicki knew. Why would Matthew be all in a tizzy about the idea of Roger being Bill Malloy's killer? ::)
Episode #103 - Uh oh! Roger found out the lie about Vicki and Maggie! :o That was pretty spooky to have someone open Vicki's locked door. Sam sure was acting guilty here. It's getting really exciting! ;D
Episode #104 - Someone almost ran Vicki over with a car! :o (What town was 4 miles away? - I couldn't make out the sign.) Liz said Vicki was "hysterical" - but I don't agree with that; Vicki was upset, but NOT THAT UPSET. Gee, how frightening for Vicki - David locked her in a room; she saw Bill Malloy's ghost; Roger threatened her; someone tried to get into HER locked room; and now, she was almost run down by a car! I would have wanted to leave long ago! ???
