Title: KLS Holiday Gift offer

Fans,

Kathryn Leigh Scott (TLATKLS) announced on her Facebook page yesterday (or maybe it was the day before) that she is offering two of her books in a special holiday package.  Unusually, KLS is also throwing in a one minute phone call to each purchaser to wish the individual a happy holiday.

Ouch! One minute is pretty short... Not even two minutes?? I guess that prevents any long drawn out conversations. I seem to remember I read that David Hasslehoff was offering to call people for birthday wishes, but I can't remember what he was charging.  I guess it's nice KLS is doing that for free.

There's a bunch of C list celebrities who have been offering phone calls for quite a while. The charge varies on the duration of the call.

It's apparently quite a racket. Check out hollywoodiscalling.com  (http://hollywoodiscalling.com). An odd mix of celebrities and different "packages" that can be ordered.
