i really love this show, i've seen them all but i think 1 and that was this season. and that's cause had stupid sports on instead of my show. sorry i just hate sports. anyways, i am enjoying the hell out of this show to be honest.
when i 1st read about kitty i went WTF? but you know it took some time for me to get used to her and i like the character. i have no idea how the ratings are this season compared to last season as i haven't looked them up lately. but i am really liking this season. i can't answer for anyone else though.

New eps of Elementary continue to do well in the Fast Overnights:
10 p.m:
CBS: "Elementary" (8.4 million, 5.2/9)
NBC: "Parenthood" (4.6 million, 3.0/5)
ABC: "How to Get Away With Murder" rerun (2.6 million, 1.8/3)
18-49 leader: Tie - "Elementary" and "Parenthood" (1.4)
-
I see where the "No Lack of Void," of "Elementary" (last season's Ep #20) has been nominated for a GLAAD Media Award in the "Outstanding Individual Episode (in a series without a regular LGBT character)" category.
-
I forgot to post last week that Elementary is still doing well in the Fast Overnights:
10 p.m:
CBS: "Elementary" (8 million, 5.2/9)
NBC: "Parenthood" (4.1 million, 2.8/5)
ABC: "How to Get Away With Murder" rerun (2.6 million, 1.8/3)
18-49 leader: "Elementary" (1.3)

Two-parter, starting tonight. I still dig it as much as ever. JLM is still bringin' it. Looks like the audience has dropped about 2 million. It will be interesting to see what happens when How To Get Away With Murder returns to Thursday nights (if indeed it does return to Thursdays).

Looks like the audience has dropped about 2 million.
Not really. The show still remains one of the 20 most DVR'd shows. And while the show has averaged between 8 and 9 million in the Fast Overnights, by the time the DVR numbers come in, on average it gains anywhere from 4 to 5 million more.
It will be interesting to see what happens when How To Get Away With Murder returns to Thursday nights (if indeed it does return to Thursdays).
It returns to Thursday next week (I can't wait) so Elementary's Fast Overnight numbers will definitely drop. But the DVR numbers mostly increase to keep viewership still averaging around 12.8 to 13.5 million.

That's great!

This week Elementary really did well in the Fast Overnights:

ABC: "How to Get Away with Murder" rerun (2.3 million, 1.7/3)
18-49 leader: "Elementary" (1.5)

I'm putting the following link in a spoiler in case anyone hasn't seen last night's ep:

Awesome episode last night. As a result, I will be highly anticipating next week's numbers.

The show continues to hold its own against How to Get Away With Murder in the Fast Overnights -
10 p.m:
ABC: "How to Get Away With Murder" (9.1 million, 6.0/11)
CBS: "Elementary" (7.6 million, 4.8/8)
NBC: "Parenthood" series finale (5.5 million, 3.6/6)
- and even against the series finale of Parenthood.
-
Oops - I forgot to post that last week's Elementary still held its own in the Fast Overnights:
10 p.m:
ABC: "How to Get Away With Murder" (8.3 million, 5.6/10)
CBS: "Elementary" (7.8 million, 4.9/9)
NBC: "Allegiance" series premiere (4.9 million, 3.1/5)
-
I expected a rise now that Kitty is gone. I expect another this week now that Joan is moving back into the brownstone and Sherlock's life. Time will tell. I am still head over heals with this show. Both Jonny & Lucy knock me out every episode.
