The room that was Angelique's bedroom in 1960sPT but later a sitting room or music room in 1840PT. . did they ever officially refer to it as a 'specific room'?

I don't think so!! When we saw the room, it was when the RT people were watching it (or the couple of instances when they got trapped in it, i.e. Quentin and Daphne; Trask). The people were just living in there and having their conversations, so there was no need to refer to the room.
Once they actually moved the story to PT, they used the rest of the house and apparently abandoned that room!!

I thought of it as the upstairs parlor or drawing room. Of course, when it also included a bedroom in the other PT eps it was more of a sitting room. Kind of like a suite of rooms similar to Quentin's quarters. But this is only a guess...like Josette, I don't remember them ever actually calling it anything.

I believe there were at least two rooms in the Angelique suite. There were at least two separate entrances into her room. I always wondered where the less frequently used doorway led.
