Infamous and DS fan Michael Alig is actually getting released from prison.  His van was loaded with DS tapes when they caught him

The NYC he last saw is long gone now.

That's hysterical about Alig being a Shadows fan. I'd never heard that.  I watched Party Monster once and although it was a well made film of its kind, I have no inclination to ever see it again.

I'm actually old enough to recall reading mentions of Alig in Michael Musto's Village Voice column, La Dolce Musto, back in the 1980s... the era of the "club kids."

I remember the news stories in the 90s reporting that he was obsessed with I Love Lucy & DS--I hope he never comes to a fest!
