Eileen Lynch Farrar, who fest attendees will remember from her many Collinsport Players performances, is selling her complete collection of DS VHS tapes from MPI. $5 each, mint condition.
Message me if interested and I'll put you in touch with her: Eileen is not a Forum member.

these days you can't give VHS away. let alone sell it. the word "mint" doesn't really attach value to such antiquated technology.
a couple years ago I sold the last of my DS tapes to a vintage book/record/video store in Brooklyn for a dollar each and was glad to get it. you can find them in the bin at thrift stores for 50 cents.
as I recall there are only five episode per tape versus forty on a DVD collection. when a brand new DVD collection can be had for around forty bucks why would anybody pay a similar price the same number of episodes on bulky old VHS?
if this lady wants to unload this stuff she needs to get realistic and come down(WAY down)on price.

especially when that counterfeit coffin set can be found so cheaply. [easter_evil]

Yeah sadly I don't think she's gonna get over a thousand dollars for the set

Some might want to collect the tapes for the box art. The "collector's" series (the pre-Barnabas shows) had particularly nice photos on the boxes. Some of the regular series did look a bit tacky with that weird colorized effect they kept using.
