Title: Can't Understand the new names

Once again, I have been away and have lost out on a lot I see.  Please explain the new names that posters have.  I can't recognize anyone.  Thank you. :'(Afan  I see now, I see what you have done to my name.  Thanks!  Hope that I can be on more regularly now.
