Good girl friend!  And this forum is so much cheeper than therapy.  At least that is what I tell them at my home front.

congrats patti and i must say i have enjoyed all of your 1000 posts!
 it is better than therapy Birdie as my soon to be teenaged daughter
is  giving me such a hard time(i'm sorry i was never like this!) this forum is my escape and everyone on it is a sweetheart(yes even you Yankee fans!)

I never spoke to adults like my 12 1/2 year old speaks to me and other adults.

I was not some nicey-nice girl; I just knew better.

And, not for nothing, it isn't just my kid; I work around the block from the middle school; plus a few years ago, I was a crossing guard for the same middle school.
