So, since I've never labeled any of my tapes (go ahead, boo & hiss & throw cabbage), I decided to just grab a couple; figured the odds wouldn't be bad that I'd get 1840.

First tape......Baarnabbaas

It was ADAM! When he can first say Barns name.
Figured I didn't want to watch this, so pop in next tape.


YOUNG VICKI WINTERS!!!!!
Now, I am not a big Victoria Winters fan....but....it was in the peak of THE PHOENIX action!!!
Dr. Guthrie :-* questioning Sam about the painting; the SEANCE WHERE VICKI SPEAKS HER UNIQUE FRENCH!

Wow!! I actually put some of it in while laying down last night & I fell asleep, so I rewound & rewatched today!!

(BTW, this goes with a different topic...I could've sworn I heard Sam Evans say, "Lay it on me" this being the 'cool speak' re: Julia cool speak) But I rewound & couldn't find it).

Hope to watch the next in order & happy I have the web to YES I'M NUMBERING THEM,

So now, I just watched/FF through the inception of Adam (HE'S ALIVE!) and the Dream Curse!!!
I am having a HOOT!!

Patti...who's on to another tape!!

PS [spoiler]I don't believe I've ever seen what becomes of Sam Evans. Did David Ford want to leave for something else?[/spoiler]

[spoiler]IIRC, David Ford did leave to do something else.  A play, maybe???

Anyhoo, Sam Evans got beaten severely by Adam, and soon after died in the hospital, due in part to the machinations of Cassangelique (that pesky dream curse again!).[/spoiler]

and, as this is coming up soon (well, if it weren't for all the pre-emptions!) it is REALLY SPOILER:

I don't believe I've really watched much at all in this timeframe; I know what it's about, but I'm really enjoying Nancy Barrett.
