Title: Lawsuit Takes on Microsoft Security Flaws

This week Microsoft was served with a class-action lawsuit ([hello] [thumb]) surrounding the vulnerabilities to worms and computer viruses. Legal actions echoes assertions presented in a security report issued by and industry association in Washington last week.
