Some wag on Youtube has stitched together various scenes of Grayson's characters having meltdowns... mostly Julia, but I spotted at least one Magda scene and another of Aunt Julia Collins from PT 1841:

It's mostly Grayson screaming, wailing, and ululating, so if you live with people who are sensitive to unexpected or jarring noise, best to listen with headphones. You have been warned.

I LOVE it!! (Though why, oh why did they have to include Sky Rumson?!)
Thanks so much for the link! [ghost_smiley]

So pleased it help brighten your day, darling.

It certainly did that. But then, how could it not? [ghost_grin]

Gothick, thanks so much for that link! What a hoot! I had to LOL at the clip where Barnabas said, "Julia, I never saw you lose control before."

After decades of watching the show off and on, I have to confess I really, REALLY wish they had done a scene where Julia bitch-slapped Barnabas. Particularly, say, in Parallel Time when if they kill the comatose Roxanne, problem solved and everybody can come home again and Barn is all puppy-eyed and moaning, "But she is so beautiful..."
Julia bitch-slapped more characters than anyone else on DS, but the really important slap never happened.

Her discomfort re PT Roxanne is understandable, but Julia is better than to kill an innocent or just let her die, because of jealousy.

Gothick, I'm in the Dr. Lang/Jeff Clark story right now, and just a few minutes ago I noticed that I was watching the scene your avatar is from! When I was a kid, I loved DS, but back then I really had no idea how much crazy FUN the show was! I'm enjoying it immensely.

Great posting, Gothick!!! [ghost_grin]
Hey, don't you think that Julia (undoubtedly being a proud graduate of some truly prestigious medical school like Harvard University) would have known enough to "self-medicate" with the latest psychiatric prescriptions?
I can just see the estimable Dr. Julia Hoffman, sitting down there in the Old House basement/medical lab for the upcoming "Eve" lifeforce experiment, and downing copious amounts of Zoloft, Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, Symbyax, etc. in order to cope with all of the tremendous pressure she was under during that turbulent time.
By the way, I wonder what the late, great Grayson Hall would have thought of Helena Bonham Carter's rather "animated" and "inebriated/drugged up" portrayal of the good Dr. Hoffman in the recent "Dark Shadows" film? [ghost_huh] [ghost_grin]
KMR, I especially like the "inspired" dialogue between Dr. Lang and Jeff Clark in those episodes:
Dr. Lang: "Jeff, give me that scalpel you're holding in your hand."
Jeff Clark: Yeah, I'll give you the scalpel, doctor, right in your ribs!"
Dr. Lang" "Jeff, let me give you a 'treatment' for your 'problem.'"
Jeff Clark: "Yes, Dr. Lang, THE treatment!!!"

Wicked!

Julia, being Julia, probably would not have slapped Barnabas regarding the PT Roxanne situation. But she's certainly entitled to an I told you so! To say nothing of holding Barnabas responsible for all the chaos that is a result of his behavior

The wonderful Dark Shadows artist/essayist, Warren Oddson, summed it up best, when he once described Dr. Julia Hoffman as being "ethically wishy-washy" in her dealings and associations with Barnabas Collins. [ghost_grin]
