Title: Rare Clarice Blackburn Radio Appearance--1970s
Post by: Gothick on June 04, 2013, 09:56:35 PM
Clarice Blackburn appears in this episode of the CBS Radio Mystery Theater, "A Preview of Death."  I haven't had the chance to listen yet, but she is mentioned in the cast listing.

I always thought Clarice would be wonderful on radio so I am excited to hear this:

I don't think so. The plot seems to have to do with an engineer's dilemma over a faulty cable car.

Here's "The Wishing Stone," with Clarice in a starring role opposite William Prince.  Script is by Ian Martin who was the co-creator of "Strange Paradise" (and wrote scripts for the first seven weeks of that series):

The tape opens with a news broadcast and has commercials--go to the 6:30 mark to hear the start of the program.
